It’s been a good weekend here at The Gift Shed, and I’ve finally had a chance to go through the craft magazines that I’ve accumulated recently.
They’re a bit of a naughty treat really as magazines are so expensive these days, but I do enjoy them. Quite a few things caught my eye, and this time (in keeping with my resolutions) I made notes as I went through them.
One of the things that caught my eye were the gingerbread men felt ornaments. I like them, but the time for making ornaments has pretty much passed (especially as I wouldn’t use them myself). Then a stroke of inspiration hit me…
That’s right, a little voodoo doll! Not quite the cutesy gingerbread men featured in the magazine, but that’s what my quirky brain has turned them into
The result is an A5 sized notebook, hard covers bound in felt, with a padded voodoo doll on the front cover. Perfect for taking out your wrath while you’re at work.
